Raasratri is a closed Navratri evening in Ahmedabad. There is no ticket counter — the floor is filled from a list the committee builds by hand, and everyone standing in the circle is there because somebody put them there. That single fact changes how the whole room behaves.
The organising committee builds and approves the list. That one filter is what keeps the evening a room of peers instead of a crowd of strangers.

Every pass is issued against a name on the committee's list and admits one person. Food and drink are included — you are not queuing at a counter with a wallet out all night.
No. There is no public sale and no door sale. Passes are issued only against names the organising committee has approved, which is the whole point of the evening.
Ask. Speak to anyone on the Tricore Events team below, or have an existing invitee nominate you. Requests go to the committee, and the committee decides.
Yes — invitations extend to family. Confirm how many passes you need when you accept yours, so the committee can keep the floor at the right size.
No. Each pass carries a name and that name is checked at the door. If you cannot make it, tell us rather than passing it on, and the place goes back to the list.
One beverage and one food item per pass, plus full access to the evening — the raas, the dandiya hour and the recognitions. Anything beyond that is available at the counters.
Doors and the running order are confirmed by the committee closer to the date and go out with your invitation.
The venue is shared with the invitation rather than published here — it keeps a private evening private.
Most of the room dresses traditionally for raas. If the committee sets anything more specific, it goes out with the invitation.
